The service
Ephor provides a workspace for monitoring configured public sources, comparing recorded metrics, importing authorized outcomes and tracking experiments. Coverage depends on the sources you configure, your plan, source availability and access limits. Third-party sources may change, restrict or discontinue access.
Your account
Provide an email address you control and protect your password and ingestion tokens. Each subscription supports one user and one workspace. You are responsible for activity performed with your account and for having authority to provide the data you upload.
Permitted use
Use Ephor lawfully and respect source access conditions and other people’s rights. Do not attempt to bypass access restrictions, collect private account data without permission, disrupt services or access another customer’s workspace. We may restrict activity that compromises security or violates these conditions.
Research and interpretation
Public observations may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Model outputs describe associations and uncertainty. They do not establish causation, reveal unknown private sales or guarantee business results. Review the underlying evidence and test recommendations before relying on them.
Subscriptions
Subscription prices, limits and billing intervals are listed on the pricing page and shown before payment. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. The no-card trial does not automatically become paid. See the cancellation and refund policy for cancellation, access and refund conditions. Third-party premium data costs are not included.
Your data
You retain rights to the data you provide. You authorize us to store and process it to operate your workspace, run the analyses you request and provide support. Our privacy notice describes the information we handle. Do not upload data you lack permission to use.
Service changes and support
Features and supported sources may change as Ephor develops. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will explain the available options. Contact support about access problems, billing disputes or account closure. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law gives you.
