One user and one workspace per subscription. Premium data subscriptions are separate. Manual and scheduled checks share your allowance. Collection pauses at the limit; no automatic overage charges.
The 14-day trial starts when you confirm your email. It includes 3 competitors, 10 sources, 200 checks across the trial and 2,000 stored live metric rows (collected + imported). No payment card is required. At the end of the trial, new collection and other changes pause unless you choose and purchase a subscription; stored data remains readable, subject to retention policies.
Prices are in US dollars. Monthly plans bill each month; annual plans bill the full annual amount in advance. A paid subscription begins when your payment is confirmed and renews automatically at the selected interval until canceled. Any applicable tax and your total are shown before payment.
Cancel renewal through the billing portal inside Ephor. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Switching a paid plan can create a prorated charge or credit, shown in the portal before confirmation. Read the cancellation and refund policy before purchasing.
A check is an attempt to collect from one configured source. Manual and scheduled checks share the allowance. Collection is subject to source access, failures and rate limits. Checks are scheduled at each plan’s interval; timing can vary with the collection queue. Premium provider fees and access are not included.
